Enjoy our delicious Crumbed Lamb Rib recipe. Perfectly paired with our Stonedale Shiraz

 
Ingredients:
• Lamb’s rib
• Eggs
• Flour
• Kellogg’s corn flakes crumbs
• Cooking oil

• Salt & Pepper

 
Method:
1. Cut lamb ribs in the shape of long fingers (8-10cm).
2. Cook with spices until the meat is soft, just before it falls off
the bone.
3. Wait for it to cool.
4. Spice it up with Barbeque spices.
5. Dip in the flour, then in the eggs, and lastly in the crumbs
6. Place in the fridge for 30mins or more for the crumbs to set.
7. Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes in a little bit of cooking oil until golden brown. Turn over and repeat until crispy.
